HOUSEKEEPING & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Happy Place have been providing housekeeping & property management services for owners of holiday homes for the past 7 years.
We offer a fully inclusive package (monthly service fee applies) which includes changeover cleaning, pre-arrival maintenance checks as well vacancy checks for when your property is vacant for a period of more than 7 days. We have a network of approved contractors for heating & electrical issues that may arise or if preferred we are happy to liaise with your own contractors.
We also offer a standard housekeeping package which includes changeover cleaning, hired linen (if needed) collection & delivery service. Linen prices available on request. Pre-arrival cleaning checks for when your property has been vacant for more than 14 days (fee applies)
A guest welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls & basic kitchen items are included in both packages.
All staff are employed & trained by us, DBS checked, insured, and have a minimum for 2 years' experience in housekeeping. We strive to have the same housekeepers in your property on each changeover so they can become familiar with your property, belongings and how you wish to have your property presented for guests.

HOME CLEANERS
For our regular cleaning services throughout Cornwall we will endeavour to find you your perfect “Happy” cleaner so they can get to know your home inside out and understand your exact requirements. If at any time, for any reason you are unhappy with your cleaner we will look to find an alternative that’s more suited to your needs.
All of our mature staff are thoroughly referenced and are fully insured. We have a key holders insurance policy so you can have peace for mind and feel reassured that your home and belongings are safe in our hands if you are not present at the time of our visit.
Your designated “Happy” cleaner will come equipped with all the necessary cleaning products to carry out your clean (unless otherwise specified by yourself) All we ask is that you supply cleaning cloths and a vacuum.
SECOND HOME MANAGEMENT
If you’re lucky enough to have a second Happy Place in beautiful Cornwall why not let us take care of it for you when you can’t?!
We can prepare your home prior to your arrival or have a deep clean once you have left. Take care of laundry (if required) and even stock your cupboards with all of your favourite things before you arrive.
Now all that’s left for you to do relax & enjoy your Happy Place!
We have an extensive maintenance network in Cornwall and we can arrange and oversee any maintenance issues that may need attending to in your absence.
We also provide a regular security checking service on your property which is normally required by your insurers, documenting all our visits for your records.

We provide a discreet out of hours service so to not interrupt your daily working schedule or if preferred we can clean alongside you at a quiet time that’s suitable for you. We will ensure all staff facilities are restocked with toilet rolls, hand towels and soap provided by yourself, dust vacuum and pay extra attention to any areas that are open to the public. External window cleaning can arranged at an additional cost.
Your designated Happy cleaner will arrive with everything they need to carry out your clean. All we ask is you provide bin liners so we can keep on top of your waste for you.

We understand that your rental property is an investment for you & the longer it sits empty & neglected the more it’s eating away at your profits. We aim to provide a fast & effective service to get your property back to it’s former happy self.
We will arrive with all’s that’s needed to carry out your clean. Any appliance cleaning, carpet cleaning or exterior windows will need confirming at the time of booking so we can give you a more accurate, reliable service.
All we ask is that you ensure there is electricity and hot water prior to our visit. Inspection of the property will be carried out before any quotations are given.
